Last but not the least: use a beauty sponge to blend this, because its thickness is incompatible with brushes, and gives a streaky, unnatural finish, whereas a wet sponge makes this foundation look dewy and soft. Setting this with a powder is important if you have oily skin, but not if your skin is dry. Then, applying a primer to help it stay on is also important because it is a thick foundation, so it can get clay-ey around creases and wrinkles. Moisturising and hydrating your skin is really important before applying this, because that’s when it gives the smoothest, most seamless coverage. Over-blending and layering thick layers with this foundation and dragging it in an attempt to buff it in will get you nowhere! The trick is to apply a thick layer, press it in with a blender once or twice, and then letting it sit on blemishes till it dries.
Since it is a thick product, it can’t really be layered unless you sheer it out with a wet sponge, so there is a certain way to apply it if you want proper coverage. This foundation dries fast and doesn’t move without oil or cream to help remove it, so you have to work fast.
